We worked with him for about 9 months while trying to purchase a house. He knows the home buying process in and out, was professional at all times, and was very responsive to all forms of communication. He was so patient with us - we were a bit picky about what we were looking for but, despite that, he never for a second made us feel like we were wrong or wasting his time. It was very clear that Greg respected us on a personal level and cared more about us getting into a home that we were happy with than just getting paid. He has a wealth of knowledge about homes and neighborhoods in Tucson and provided us with great advice on countless occasions. When we finally got an offer accepted, Greg was exceptional in getting us through to closing. He brought extremely trustworthy inspectors to the property, communicated regular updates to us, and made sure the entire thing went through without a hitch. He was candid with his opinions but not pushy. We wanted a house that had good access to bicycle infrastructure and public transit. As a fellow cyclist, Greg understood our needs and made good suggestions for house locations. Greg and Rita Moeller sold my house. They were extremely helpful in getting the house ready to put on the market. I had planned to do most of the work myself but got bogged down in moving. I credit them for getting the house ready and I think the house would have sold for 10-15k less if they were not involved.
